I have a Dreamer Design (got it after much research), and love it. Trouble is they've just gone out of business, but you can still find them on ebay and craigslist if you are okay with that. Mine has separate canopies, 2 front wheels that can swivel or lock, lots of pockets and storage, and my 3 yo and 4 mo seem to find it comfy! I haven't jogged with it yet (DS2 is too young), but it's great for rough terrain/fast walking. You can get an infant insert for it.
My top 3 are the Baby Jogger City Mini, the Valco Latitude double, and the Bumbleride Indie Twin. All 3 recline flat and adapt to an infant seat. I haven't picked one yet, but I've done a lot of research to narrow it down to those 3.
We will likely be getting either the Baby Jogger City Mini or City Elite. Both have an adaptor for the infant seat, and fold suuuuuuper easy.
We have the single City Elite and love it. Plus of the Mini is that it is pretty cheap for a double "jogger"- 400$. You can't technically jog with either of them as the mini has a bit smaller wheels (8" I think) and both have a swivel front. But I do occasionally jog with my single Elite.
Editted to add: the elite's front wheel locks, but you are officially only supposed to job/run if they have a fixed front wheel.
