Just an update, since I don't come on here that often anymore. My once little 2 lb-ers, 28 weekers did pretty well, considering that one DD was tired and cranky the whole time. They landed at 11-13 months developmentally for various areas. I expected that they'd be functioning at a 12 month old level, so that's pretty good. They were most delayed in fine motor skills, and for that, they qualify for another 6 months of EI (they don't put things "in" yet (only take out), so that was most of the issue). I'm not sure if we're going to take it - maybe we will but stretch it out to monthly rather than twice-monthly visits.
Anyway, last year at this time I had no clue what charming, amazing, healthy little girls I'd have this summer. It really is just amazing how much they change in one year.
