    My first question has been their hours.  DH and I both work past 7pm and can't seem to find any that stay open later than 6pm.

    If they have availability starting XXXX.  I found a ton of daycares around my area had already filled up based on waiting lists and deposits.  If I have any advice it would be to start looking early!

    Cost and if there is a wait list.... if they are over our budget I don't want to waste my (or their) time checking it out.

    price, followed by when they will be able to accept a baby born in (your month), followed by how much the waiting list deposit is.

    the two we're on waiting lists for won't accept DS until August 2010, because they operate on a school schedule, and unless someone drops out of their program in January, won't be accepting new "students" until August.

    we've figured out mother's day out programs, etc., to get us covered in the 8 months between.
