The other day I went to a wedding and had salmon, 2 days after I was craving ceviche (fish cooked in lime, with tomatoes and onions). I am now concerned because I read that it might be too much mercury...should I be concerned??
Mercury is a true concern. I have read you shouldn't have more than 6 oz of fish/shellfish per week because they have a higher chance for higher mercury levels. I'm a shrimp, crab, and salmon nut - I love my fatty omegas But, I have had to cut back as well.
