It's killing me. I know it probably won't "cure" me of stretch marks, but I'm willing to do anything that helps. But I just don't like how it smells. And I smear it on myself morning and night. Anyone else, or am I alone in this?
One of my friends swore by Palmer's as well, which is why I'm suffering through. Vaseline is an interesting idea, I'll look in to that more if this Palmer's dislike gets too intense.
Vaseline? ?I hadn't heard of that one! ?I'm allergic to chocolate and have reactions to lotions that contain cocoa butter so that might be perfect for me. ?I'll be looking into this.
Palmers Massage Cream for Stretch Marks has a different smell and not too bad.

Re: Anyone else hate the smell of Palmer's Cocoa Butter?
Yeah, I don't like the smell, but figure it's worth a try.
3 of my friends used it and didn't get a single stretch mark, and everyone else in their families have really bad stretch marks.
So, wives tale or not, I figure why not!
I love the smell. I use the Palmers cocoa butter and vitamin E oil together.
But if it bothers you - try vitamin E oil or shea butter.
Also - there is the fragrence free one too.

Me too. I really like it b/c I could not stand the smell of cocoa butter but I'm worried its not as good.
