Tracking a UPS package.. question

At 12:52 today, the UPS site said "In transit to final destination" but we did not receive it today.?

Should I be worried that it was delivered to the wrong house/place?

I placed this order almost 2 weeks ago and have been anxiously waiting for it... and now I'm afraid there was some mistake. ?

    I wouldn't worry about it. If it says "delivered" and you don't have it, then I'd be concerned.  It should be delivered in a day or so. Usually they will deliver late if it's already on the truck..but not always.

    especially all the way out here.  i've found ups will save us for last and not come if they run late.  give it until tomorrow and then call them.

    I think that means it's on it's way to the final destination meaning city. It's probably on it's way to Austin.

     They usually say "out for delivery" when it's on the truck.

    I agree with everyone else. Like Lyndsay said, we are so far out that it will often say it is on the truck for delivery for a couple of days before we get it. I think they start in San Antonio and if they don't make it this far then we are just out of luck. Once they deliver the status should change to delivered and give the time that they dropped it. Then I would worry if you didn't have it.

    I think it means it's on its way to austin.  It usually says "out for delivery" when it is coming to your house.
