NBR: tiny red bumps on back of arms

anyone have this?  it's pretty widespread from above elbow to shoulder.  doesn't itch or anything, just doesn't look too good.  they don't pop like pimples but you can feel them if you rub your hand across the upper part of my arm.  ive had it for awhile but it got a lot worse after giving birth for some reason.

    I've always had these too.  They didnt get worse after giving birth though.  I went to the dermatologist years ago about it and they said its a form of dry skin and gave me some lotion that didnt do anything. I guess there really isnt much you can do....

    There is a KP cream and wash at Ulta / Sephora.  I have heard good things about it but my OB said not to use it while PG.  I have had it forever.  Recently I was told to use Dermologica wash and lotion, I just started 2 days ago.  Might be worth a try.

    Keratosis Pilaris..... Moisturize at least 2x per day.  If that does not help see your dermatologist for a prescription cream like Salex.
