Indiana Babies

~~~perfectpeach~~~
Thanks!
I am going to UIndy. I'm taking stats and pharm this summer. I am now trying to decide what I'm going to do about classes next year. I'm so busy all the time right now, and I kind of want to enjoy being pg and not kill myself between work and school. But I'd also like to get as much out of the way as possible before any baby/babies arrive. (Supposed to take research and assessment in the fall.)
I know that the spring semester I probably won't start my clinical since my EDD is 3/6, and I'll just take Ethics (as long as the prof is willing to work with me, especially if it's twins and I'm on bedrest or something.)
Keep me posted on your job situation!
  • Hi sweetie - sorry I missed your post until now!  I totally understand the pressures & frustrations of grad school + pregnancy.....for me, I went through our 3 m/c's during grad school and didn't get pregnant until a few months after graduation, but I had a few classmates who got pregnant during our clinical rotations and they did just fine - so I know if some of them could do it (ha!) you'll do great!!!!
     I don't remember if I told you or not yet, but I have applied for 2 WHNP jobs that are currently open....crazy, I know!  I'm not banking on anyone wanting to hire a 32wk pregnant woman, but depending on how quickly they need to fill the positions, it could be a really good fit if they can wait until after Owen is here and I've recovered.  So, I will keep you updated :)
    Big *hugs* to you - and I'm SO glad to have reconnected with you!!!
