...PLEASE pick up the phone! I need to order swimmers today so I can pick them up tomorrow on my day off. I know you close in half an hour, but please don't leave me on hold that long! It has already been 20 minutes!

    Thanks everyone... I didn't mean to leave you hanging, but I forgot to come back and post a follow-up! Embarrassed

    Yep, after almost 45 minutes on hold, I finally got through and got 'em ordered. And Friday I picked them up and shuttled them to the RE's office, so we are all set for our next insem!
