The hubby and I just found out we are expecting and we are considering moving from Pearland to Katy. What are some good day cares centers out there and what is the monthly cost?
My son goes to the Learning Center. He just goes two days a week but they are a fully time daycare. My SIL takes my nephew there. I am not sure how much it is for an infant but the ladies are so nice that work there.
I live in Katy and have been doing some research on daycares. For full time infant care, my favorites on paper and in speaking with the directors are Kids R Kids and Early Childhood Enrichment Center. Kids R Kids would be more convenient for me b/c ECEC is over by Katy Mills. For full time infant care, it is $880 and it's about the same at the ECEC.
Primrose was also recommended to me. There are two locations...one in Kelliwood and the other is Cinco. They are $920 and $980 for full time infant care. I was not impressed with either location when I called. The people I spoke to seemed like clueless young girls , but to give them credit, I haven't gone for a visit.
The Learning Center at Living Word Lutheran that pp recommended does get good reviews from others I've talked to, but when I called them about a month ago, they had no infant availability until July 2010.
