3rd Trimester

Question for other Green Team members

I was just wondering if anyone else was anxious/nervous about finding out the sex of their baby when LO arrives. I haven't been until recently because we think it is going to be a boy.. but I don't want us to build ourselves up.. maybe I am just being emotional.. anyone else going through this? I know that we will love our baby no matter what, but it worries me..... any thoughts?

Re: Question for other Green Team members

  • I am increasingly anxious/excited to find out the sex. I am dead convinced that my baby is a boy, but I had a dream the other night it was a girl. We decided to not find out the sex, because I was afraid that we would maby be upset if it wasn't one way or another if that makes any sense. I know we will love LO no matter the sex, it's just a whole lot of emotions going on just like you!

  • DH and I are pretty sure it is a boy and we are really excited.  However, what I think is cool is that we are excited for a boy but if we have a girl, it will be such a surprise that it will be lots of fun too.  We don't care one way or the other but just have a gut feeling its a boy!

  • We are getting more and more excited by the day - especially as lo squirms more and reacts to talking. I am convinced it is a boy, but dh is convinced it is a girl. Either way we will be happy. A boy will be fun to play and get dirty with, a girl will be fun to dress up and play house with. Either way we will be wrapped around their fingers.?

  • The annticipation is killing us!  DH says 100% girl (as does about 70% of our family and friends) and I am thinking Boy, but either way I will be super excited and so in love!

I am just looking forward to the moment that the Dr. says, "It A ______!"  I get tears in my eyes just thinking about it! :)

I'm not sure about DH, but I'm totally anxious about it.  I have had all these weird dreams about the sex of the baby.  Sometimes it's a boy and sometimes it's a girl and they're so vivid.  Like I'm looking at an ultrasound and there's the little penis right there or vice versa.  But I can't wait to meet the baby.  So exciting :)

  • I have been thinking that LO was going to be a boy since the beginning.  I have dreamt of both genders.  I am not nervous- just excited.  My MIL keeps telling me and others that it is a girl.  If it is a girl (the first on DH's side in 27 years) then this LO is going to become their little pink princess (puke!!!).  If it is a boy I just don't want them to be disappointed.

  • You'll be having your beautiful baby, finally finding out the greatest surprise of your life!  What's to be nervous about?

I also think we're having a boy, but it doesn't make me anxious if Baby ends up being a girl since we haven't bought all boy items or anything...

  • We are just completely excited - that's it! I've had a feeling throughout this pregnancy that it's a girl but all my dreams are that it's a boy. Either way, we will be completely in love. We have a c-section on Wednesday morning and when I hear DH say what the sex is, I know we're both just going to lose it. It's crazy to think that this ride is coming to an end in 2 days!!
