  • good old fashion exercise.  we have a gym at work, so i go down and do about 20 minutes of cardio at lunch.

  • I'm planning on doing the South Beach Diet - it worked well for me pre-pregnancy, so I'm hoping for the same result.  The first two weeks are super hard, but you see results right away so it keeps you motivated!  I'm also getting Active for the Wii and plan on doing that everyday.
  • I just started running again.  I'm debating signing up for a 1/2 marathon so I'll feel guilty about not training.

  • I'm just eating less and watching my calorie intake.

    Low calorie diet.  I haven't been given the okay to exercise yet due to c-section related complications, but I have been trying to do a lot of walking.  I've been mixing it up between the park, mall, etc.  I'm thinking about going to the zoo this weekend.
  • I use Sparkpeople to track what I eat and try to stay within the recommended calorie range. It's like a free version of weight watchers.
  • Weight Watchers.  It keeps me accountable knowing I have to weigh in each week.  And I like WW better than other programs because you don't have to buy their food....they just teach you how to eat better.
  • I am starting Spark People today and I hope to start running when get the all clear from the doctor.

  • Weight Watchers, Wii Fit, and walks.
  • I eat very clean yet allow myself one cheat day a week. I try to hit the gym daily and if I can't I go for a bike ride or DH and I take K for a walk and I will roller blade alongside them. I also have a Wii Fit for when I can't get out of the house and we just got the P90X series too. Starting in August DH and I are doing a 90 day diet plan with absolutely no cheat days allowed.
