Sex Drive?....Wats that????

Hey I am 28w1d. Before I got pregnant, I had an extremely high sex drive, it began to slow down in the first trimester because I was so nauseous and i thought it would excel again after the morning sickness ceased, it has yet to reappear.Stick out tongue I know when you're pregnant, you can be on either end of the spectrum and I have really been on the lower end and this was totally not me before? Anyone else feel this way? Will my sex drive come back? Huh?

    It comes back around 39 weeks when your desperate to go into labour!! Besides that, mine was pretty low all through pregnancy.

    i had the opposite "problem" if you want to call it that. We have kept up our normal amount of sexy time from before i was pg, up until the last week or so, and we've only tapered off a little.

    I've always had a higher sex drive, but since being pregnant and out of 1st tri it's on overdrive! My husband isn't complaining though!

    I'm right there with you. But, since my husband put a moratorium on sex, I've been going crazy. He finally caved last night. Hopefully he'll be able to get over the whole thing. At this point I'd be happy with once a week.

    I'm 34w, and I have had no sex drive this whole pregnancy.  I asked my OB about it, hoping it might return, and basically she told me I got the unlucky end of the spectrum.  DH and I had a great sex life before the pregnancy, and I am confident it will return after the baby is born.  But right now, between the swollen lady bits, the nesting, and the anxieties about L&D and being a mom, it just ain't happenin'.

    Everyone is so different. Mine was really only around from about weeks 15 through 24. Then it starting going downhill, fast forward to around 32 weeks where it screeched to a halt. Don't worry.

    My whole sex drive is truly depressing but my DH doesn't mind, which makes me worried. Sometimes Im not in the mood but I try to get DH excited so that we can "make love"Angel but he doesn't want to b/c he feel it will affect the baby. Well the other night he was apparently having a sex dream and pounced on me. He didn't even wake up until right before he came. Disturbing as this sounds I was pleased with the turn out. But I am right there with you, I hope it will return for the both of us!
