Leaking Amniotic Fluid?

Can you please describe what it looks like or felt like? Also, did it completely soak through pads/underwear or just really slow?

    when i ended up going to triage to be checked for leaking, it was like out of no where i was soaking wet. through my underwear, through my work pants. it was just like water. didn't smell like anything.

    turns out it was just a ridiculously large amount of cm that decided to release all at once, probably because of a bh contrax.

    if you are concerned, call the doc. better safe than sorry.

    Can't decide if I'm leaking fluid or extra d/c (hopefully associated with soon-to-come labor) but my reading suggests that fluid shouldn't smell (maybe a litle sweet), should be clear, and may leak more when sitting or laying down (when you stand baby's head acts like a cork).  Hope you're not leaking at 25 weeks though!
