I've been avoiding reality for awhile

She walks. It's been a few weeks of tiny steps here and there. So I could tell myself she still had a ways to go. I think I need to put a date in her baby book, and I'm clueless. What did y'all do? The date they took first steps or the date they walked 5 in a row? It's such a process, so it's hard to narrow down.
