The first car I remember my mom driving was a white Toyota Tercel. My first car was a BROWN Pontiac something. I can't remember, I want to say Sunfire but I'm not sure if that's right, it was a 2 door car. And I remember my stepmom drove a BROWN station wagon. Brown is such a disgusting color for a car. Wagons are gross too.
I remember my parents driving an old Honda Accord that had that old Honda smell and it made me gag. It still does to this day. They also had a minivan.
True story I was trying to "help" was the Honda and my Dad apparently wasn't watching me. When he came back out to check on me I had washed the whole car with a BRILLO pad. Yep, that sounds like it worked out well huh?
My first car was a brand new Ford Escort (the cuter one). I drove that until I got my Accord for college graduation. So yes I'm a bit spoiled
The first car I remember was a late 70's or early 80's doodoo brown 2 door Chrysler LeBaron. The ceiling fabric was calling down and was all droppy, and my brother and I called it "diarrhea pudding" (Yes, disgusting. But we were like 4 & 6, and it was hilarious to us. Potty humor was all the rage, you know. hehe....)
It didn't look just like this (since it was just 2 doors), but man, this picture made me LOL!
My first car was a 1986 ice blue Honda Prelude. That thing was pretty sweet. I still remember its delightful musty, damp aroma. Her transmission dropped on the way home from school my senior year right before graduation.
My freshman year of college, my parents bought me a 1994 Pontiac Grand-Am--2 door, white. That thing was pretty sweet.
I traded that in and bought my very first brand new car in 2000---a 2001 Mazda 626. It was charcoal gray.
It died last year, and along with seemingly everyone else, I now drive a charcoal gray 2007 Toyota Camry. Might be kind of generic, but I LOVE it!
Not that you asked for my complete automotive history, but now you know. Hehe....
The first car I remember my parents having was a wood paneled station wagon, kind of like this:
My first car was a 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera. Since I got my license in 1995, that wasn't too shabby.
What was interesting was that I had some very wealthy friends in high school who drove Mercedes, BMWs, Lexuses and even a Maserati. And my car was their fave because it was so comfy!

My first car? Ha! It was supposed to be a Ford Escort. About a week after I got it my stepdad had a mechanic friend take a look at it to make sure it was good and it turned out it was actually 2 halves of 2 separate Escorts, each apparently totaled on one end, so they took the 2 halves and made a new Escort! They did a terrible job, too, and the car was legally totalled because the frame was all bent. Needless to say, we brought it back and I got a newer, nicer, Escort (that was ONE WHOLE Escort).
LOL Too funny! I had a friend who had an escort wagon....we lovingly called it the Freshcort.
This is the 1st car I remember my mom driving. A yellow Volvo with dark brown leather interior... it was soooooooo hot in the summer. You'd stick to the seats.
My first car (bought in 1996) an 1986 Audi with 100,000 miles on it! It looked like this although mine wasn't a Quattro
Re: NBR: First Cars
What was the first car you remember your parents driving when you were a kid? Pinto - remember riding in the back - no carseat, no seatbelt.
Your first car? Delta 88 Olds, but it was blue in color.
Once I wrecked that my smart parents got me an RX-7 -- because thats what ever girl needs when they are prone to wrecking cars.

Hughes you were beautiful in your past modeling career
LOL! Why, thank you!
My mom had a little Honda hatchback, I guess it was an Accord...
My Dad had an orangey looking Datsun pickup.
Now me, I've had a 91 Honda Civic Hatchback, then a 92 Accord that I just traded for my 03....I'm not a big car person...just want something reliable!
