i just read your labor story and i have to say - i found it very similar to my experience. not necessarily the nature of events (my water broke at home, pushed FOREVER, etc.) but the description of how you felt during early labor, transition, and not having a 'visual' at one point during labor i found very true!! there's a whole section of labor that i don't remember anything visually, just my husband and the nurse's voice and me saying 'help me'. the body does just 'take over' doesn't it? how interesting!
