hey - I noticed in your sig that you have anticardiolipin antibodies... so do I!
I swear it's more common than you would think. Anyway, I just wanted to give you a shout out that you're not alone. Are they going to put you on Lovenox when you get PG again?

Re: ** IrishSapphire **
My obgyn has only talked about me taking baby aspirin. They may retest me in the future. I will just see what they say if I get pregnant again.
Have you seen a hematologist or a high risk OB? I would get a consult with one or both of them. Usually with a history of miscarriages and a diagnosed clotting disorder, they put you on Lovenox too.
I love both of my docs if you want names. My hematologist is at the polyclinic in Seattle and my high risk doc is at Evergreen.
Good luck! and it's not "if" it's "when" you get PG again. I'm so sorry youv'e had to go through losses already...
Thank you. This second loss was difficult because my due date was around my niece's first birthday, and I thought that would be so cool to celebrate birthdays together.
I go to Seattle Obstretrics & Gynecology Group (www.seaobgyn.com). They list high & low risk prenatal care. I am following their lead at this point. For anticardiolipin antibodies, negative is < 10, and abnormal was > 40. And I had a value of 23. So I was told that they could not say that it was the exact reason for the miscarriage, that they were going to put me on the baby aspririn to see if it helps.
I have not gone to a hematologist. My other bloodwork and my karyotype came back normal.
Thank you for your suggestions. I will have to ask my obgyn about lovenox or seeing a hematologist. My obgyn is on Madison (Swedish) which is close to downtown Seattle. I live in Queen Anne.
