info on BRU returns

in 3rd Trimester
OK I got so much stuff at my shower today- I even got a breast pump! I do have one thing I need to return. ?I have the receipt so what are the rules. ?Do I have to return it to the store it was from, it's a bit further away from me. ?Do I have only 30 days for a refund or an exchange? TIA

    I'm going to assume you can take it back to any BRU store... ?I am also guessing that you probably have just the 30 days. ?I don't know for sure. Maybe you could call a BRU store and just ask?

    You can return it to any BRU. The in store exchange policy says 30 days.

    I had a run in with them at my local store because we got a duplicate that I promptly returned to the store (within a week). And they told me it was over the 30 day mark. I didn't even think to look at the receipt because it was something I just got, but I guess the person bought it a long time ago. In the end, they still gave me a gift card for the value of the item. But they wanted me to go through the online return policy and I refused because it would have meant my having to pay for the shipping.

    GL! Returns can sometimes be a pain in the rear. I say do it as soon as you can, just in case.

    BRU has their return policy on their website. Or you could give the store a call.

    You can take it back to any BRU store and you may be able to return it at some TRU stores as well. I'm not sure on the time limit, but the return policy is on the BRU website. They're pretty flexible with return times if you have the gift reciept.

    does anyone know if they take returns without a receipt and give you an instore credit? I got a boppy-like pillow and the gift receipt was attached from BRU when I got it at a shower but after it got passed around the receipt was gone and nowhere to be found. I hope I can take it back because I already have 2 boppys!
