Stupid rug.

First off, I used a naughty word.  Oops!  DS would be shaking his finger at me if he wasn't in bed already, lol.

I don't ask for a lot in life.  But it would be nice if for ONE day the rug in front of my kitchen sink would stay relatively clean.  No barbeque stains.  No Kool-aid drops.  No peanut butter smears.  I just washed it this morning and within 6 hours, DS had peanut butter on it.  Why?  He decided to *quietly* make himself a peanut butter and parmesan cheese sandwich.  Yeah, he didn't like it....

I swear that thing is a magnet for stains.  The kicker?  Once it gets one glop of something on it, NOTHING else will touch that rug.  I could leave it sit for weeks, and nothing else will fall on it until I wash it again.  Why is that?  Huh?

    We don't have a rug in our kitchen. ?We have cold tile floor but I will not have one in there for the sake of cleaning it and keeping it crumb free.

    Do you need a rug? Try it for a few days and see if it's really worth it. ?I'm happy to be rug-free!?
