  Inside or out?  How old? Outside I would say Rockville Town Center or the square at Fallsgrove (they have the most wonderful grass there and a Starbucks!)

  Rockville Town Center is nice. Already loud, don't have to worry about being super quiet. Lots of outside dining if the weather's nice.
