I'm brand new to the Iphone as of this week. DH got the brand new one and I got his old one.
How in the world do you post on the nest? I was browsing the site this morning on my phone and wanted to reply to a post but when I got to the box that you type in, the little keyboard never came up so I was never able to type anything.
Can anyone help! Thanks!!
Re: Iphone help.....
I know someone on here knows how to b/c they tried explaining it once, but I never could figure it out.
Supposedly you can click the little HTML button up above the text reply box, and it will open a new window where you can then type a reply. What I can't figure out is what to do once you've typed your message - how the heck do you post it?!
hopefully someone will know, b/c I'd love to do more than lurk while on my iPhone!
Liam is 5!
I like it a lot but I can't compare it to the blackberry because I've never had a blackberry. I was always under the impression, though that the only true web browser (i.e a web browser that functions exactly like your computer) you can get on a phone is on the iphone. I know you can browse on a blackberry but I always thought it was like a watered down version of the internet. Does that make any sense?
The little keyboard is harder to get used to than I thought it would be. But DH said that the phone is designed to get used to your typing and it will adjust itself so it will get easier over time both as I get used to it and it gets used to me. I told him he was full of crap and he showed me the manual where it talked about this because he's a right fighter (HA! HA!).
Yeah, I couldn't get to the reply box until I logged myself in. So, I'm sure I was logged in.
awesome, thanks! I'll have to try that. I saw the HTML thing and considered trying it out to type my message but got scared and didn't want to screw anything up!
You take my ovaries, I take your yarns.
I usually post on 24 mos, but I have good news for you!
If you go to settings, then safari, and turn java off, you can post without problems. No messing with HTML.
Someone shared that with me recently so I thought I'd share with you.
