I've had 2. I massaged with a warm washcloth. Let the water beat on it in the shower while massaging. And nursing a bunch on that side. With a good amount of massaging and nursing, I was able to get it out in one night.
Massage while nursing and warm compress (also while nursing).
I panicked thinking it wasn't going away but they always resolved within 24 hours.

It's not comfy....?
Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
fill a diaper with hot water instead of a washcloth. it will stay warm longer and won't leak all over you (and you'll be SHOCKED to see how much water a diaper will hold).
if you have a pump you can also pump while massaging the breast. I did that, hot shower, hot compress and it was gone in 1 night. good luck.

a tip from Kellymom for hot compresses:
fill a diaper with hot water instead of a washcloth. it will stay warm longer and won't leak all over you (and you'll be SHOCKED to see how much water a diaper will hold).
