I got a raise! I've only been at my job a little over 6 months, and with the economy I thought it wouldn't be possible. I'm so happy! So this on top of DH's promotion and raise means we could finally order our new Mac!!!! No more slowasspieceofshit laptop!!!!

Oh, and we're getting a new iPod touch free. Anyone have one of these? Is it work keeping or should we sell it? We just got a new 8G iPod last year....

my Dh has the ipod touch and he loves it but if you already have the 8G ipod i would just sell it and get some shoes or something

Are you getting as a bundle through a university?

My Sister did the same thng. She loves her Ipod ouch. It basically does everything an Iphone does, just w/o the phone option. You can get all the apps, go online and such. I'd keep it for sure.

Yup, both DH and I work for universities, so we took advantage. Oooo, the touch sounds way cooler than our lame 8G. Maybe we'll sell that instead... Thanks MM!

Congratulations, that's really great especially with the economy being as bad as it is. I don't know anything about the ipod touch though, I bet you could try it out and if you don't like it, perhaps sell it on CL or Ebay.
