How long did it take to clear up?

I'm currently using natural home remedies from my M/W to cure it (acidophilus, eating yogurt, etc.) before going to the doctor so I'm hoping this works.

    I felt relief with the antibiotic cream within 2 days...felt 100% better in a week

    just have the pedi prescribe you nystatin cream for u and the drops for baby. they didnt even need to see me for it. our case was mild, but i hear that if it goes untreated the babes get a rip roaring diaper rash thats a *** to cure. GL.

    We are finishing week two of treatment.  DD has the nystatin liquid she is taking and I am using a lotrimin cream.  After a week of treatment DD still had the white spots.  I'm thinking it finally has retreated.
