I decided to restart b/c we didn't eliminate the paci the first go-round and it was?becoming?a problem during her night wakings. She went down without a fuss last night, no?checks?needed!?Slept?from 8-5:00 and then 5:30-8:30. Sweet!
Congrats! We're starting next week and I'm REALLY nervous. I'm not sure I can handle him crying a ton. But, this week he's been waking up every 2-3 hrs to nurse overnight. I'm worked.
Just an FYI, we took DD's paci away when we did Ferber at four months and she is now a thumb sucker, not that this bad, but I just wanted to warn you.
This is also what happened to dd but I'd rather her suck her thumb then keep going in her room to put the paci back in. Also, dd ONLY does it when she's tired, she doesn't suck her hands/thumb while she's awake. It's great!

I was nervous too! Bt she had colic when she was younger and she can be very fussy at times for no reason...so it wasn't too hard listening to her cry, I'm used to it...lol. Good luck....I promise it won't be as bad as you think!?
