i went to sonic during happy hour today to get a large slush for only 96(!) cents, and when i was in the drive thru, i counted 8 vehicles in line, and they were ALL big trucks or SUVs, including myself.

I'm REALLY jealous that you live near a Sonic.

Were you really in the drive thru or was it like the pull up...park and order part. Just curious...that's my favorite part about Sonic Geeked

the only thing good about sonic is the chocolate cream pie shakes.... im drooling over the pie crust pieces in the shake. THe food is so bad there i wouldnt feed it to my neighbors dog

I saw a man today with his family and I swear that his belly was as big as his maybe 10 year old son. He could have eaten a child! How's that for erasing your carbon footprint!?!?!

I went to sonic once with DH in our SUV....he pulled into the park area and ordered the lady asked "You are in the drive through right". DH is a dumb ass and looks at me and says yes. UH do we look like we can drive thru? NO we were are in stall 23. So he gets all mad, throws a fit. Needless to say we left without our food....and went to red robin. LOL. MY DH is a HUGE baby as you can tell.

Sounds like my mother, actually. She has sometimes unreasonably high expectations of customer service. I love the woman, but she does.

I think it is funny when people go thru the drive thru and wait 5 cars deep when you can just pull into one of the stalls and get your food faster.

Not at the Sonic here - there are typically two people working in the whole place. The food is pretty gross too. Sad, really, because I've had great Sonic in other cities. I only go for half price cherry limeades in the afternoon.

Um Helloooo!! Are you un-aware that they serve tater tots there??!! My DH and I actually mapquested the closest location and finally went to it 25 miles away last month. The next week they opened one 3 miles from our house. We haven't broken that one in yet...;)
