AF is here.
That's sort of a whatever, as I didn't expect to get pregnant my first cycle. But more worrisome is my LP, which I think was only 9 days (24 day cycle). Based on CBEFM and CM, I think I ovulated on day 16, and today was day 25. I've started B6 and Fertility Blend (with chasteberry in it), so I'm hoping that will give me another day or two of LP. And I'm going to my dr in a couple weeks, so I'll see what she thinks.
I haven't been off the pill very long. The length of my cycle is pretty close to normal for me (usually 25-26 days, but the two since coming off the pill have been 24). But I have no idea whether the LP is normal for me or if maybe it would normally be a little longer.

Re: Booo... AF and short LP
More Green For Less Green
since you're just of BCPs, its normal for your cycle to maybe be off a bit. my LP was only 7 days my first cycle charting, and by taking vitex and red raspberry i got it up to 9 days.
good luck!
Thanks guys; I really appreciate your responses.
jessie, so you conceived with a 9-day LP? Congrats! I love hearing success stories like that. My mom managed to conceive me with a 21 day cycle (immediately after being told that she might not be ovulating because her cycle was so short... her cycle was normally more like my 25/26 days), so that's a nice success story to me, too.
I haven't been on BCP my whole adult life, but I think I've spent more time on it than off it. Certainly of the 7 years I've known my husband, I've mostly been on it, but I've also had spells off it. I always seem to go right back to 25/26 days. I'm not concerned about the 24-day thing in that regard... it's very close. Certainly nothing at all compared to the huge deviations I've read about ladies here having. I guess I am wondering about possibly having low progesterone because of how I've always needed a little bit higher dosage of BCP than most women to get my cycle length to be the 28 days of a pill pack instead of coming at day 25, and I've never been able to extend it longer than that by skipping the placebo and going right into the next pack. So I'm wondering if that and the short LP are related. That's wild speculation, though. I'll run it by my doctor at my next visit (a pre-TTC visit, even though we've already started trying this month).
