Saw a really pg lady smoking today....

I wanted to run up to her, flick the cigarette out of her mouth, and smack her on the forehead like in the V8 commercials!

I'm not judging all the smokers out there....I used to smoke and know personally how hard it is to quit.  But I think everyone knows smoking isn't good for a baby!  My friend smoked during her pregnancy and can't figure out why her boy has asthma and chronic bronchitis (SP?).....sigh.....

    DH and I went to Italy for our honeymoon.  There were tons of pregnant ladies with wine in one hand and a cigarette in the other.

    If your pregnant and smoking, I'm judging you. (not you evenstar, just in general)

    These women must get looks all the time. The looks alone would be enough to get me to quit or at least do it somewhere where no one will see!

    From someone who smoked 1 to 2 packs a day for 13 years and quit, cold-turkey, the second I found out I was pregnant - I have no sympathy for "it's so hard to quit."

    I wasn't that bold....but I did stare her down!!  And I know she knew why I was looking at her.  I was holding my LO in my arms feeding him at the time and thinking WTF lady?!?!?!

    DH's mom smoked all throughout her pregnancy with him, he now has asthma. I'm pretty sure she did more than just smoking cigarettes too, but not sure. This infuriates me.

    I think I should clarify.  I am not judging smokers.  But I TOTALLY am judging people who smoke while pg.  It just isn't fair for that poor little baby!
