Pecan crusted salmon! YUM!

We had and pecan crusted tilapia and salmon night before last. DELISH!

oh yes maaaaam! i'm really excited about it. h makes wonderful lemon-pepper tilapia. i needed a tilapia break though (we eat it like 3x a week).

i'm thinking of cooking some pasta and lemon butter to put on the side.
