Re-introducing myself after a long break!

Hi, everybody!  Just thought I'd re-introduce myself.  I don't recognize too many of the names but I do see a familiar face or two here.  My name is Sunny, and I was on the board way back when it first started.  Due to having surgery to remove a tumor on my spinal cord, I had to take an extended break from TTC and couldn't stay here and watch everyone but me move over to the SAIF board.  We're looking at getting back in the game now!  I am only able to post here and there due to my job (Parkinson's Disease researcher)... but I can't wait to get to know you all!

Here's my story:  Started TTC in June 2005.  Dx with Hyperthyroidism due to nodule - Radioactive Iodine inactivated thyroid - 2005. Dx with Hypothyroidism - started Synthroid - 2005. Started seeing RE in 2007.  Dx with Stage II Endo - Lap - 2007.  Took extended break upon discovering tumor impinging on my spinal cord and having surgery to remove it in 2008.  Switched to new RE in 2009.  Dx with PCOS - 2009.  Waiting to start Metformin.

    wow....  you have been through A LOT!     i'm glad everything with the tumor has been successfully treated and you guys are ready to TTC again.   good luck to you!!!

    Thanks, girls!  It will be great to get back in here and have some support in all this.  I have the most super-fertile SIL and it's a little hard at times dealing with that.  She's had 3 healthy babies in the time we've been trying... and she already had 1 before we got married.  I mean, c'mon, seriously?!

    TTC #1 since 2007. Dx: Unexplained infertility. 4 IUIs in 2008 = BFN. IVF #1 07/09. DD #1 born April 2010 (40w5d).
    TTC #2 since 2011. Dx: Endometriosis and hypothyroidism. 2 FETs in 2012, BFP 6/12 but m/c @ 7 weeks. IVF #2 06/13. DD #2  born March 2014 (40w1d).
