Is it the increase in fluids or is there a specific ingredient in the green tea that is supposed to help your ewcm? I've noticed this cycle that I didn't have much ewcm.
I prayed for this child, and the LORD has granted me what I asked of him. 1Samuel 1:27
I drink 2 liters a week of the diet lipton green tea with citrus. YUMMY!!! They are 4 one liter bottles for $5. Good price if you ask me. Unfortunately I don't think it has enough of the good stuff (whatever it is that makes more CM) to do anything. I just love it. I guess maybe if I ever actually ovulated I'd have quality EWCM.
Re: So I don't really like green tea.
I like this as well but I wasn't sure if it would help since I didn't brew it.
I have one called Green Tea & Berry by World Classics and it's really good. I also have the Cranberry Pomegranate Lipton one.
