Is that a repeat?? I think I saw that one but it could be new... So so sad. I'm glad she does shows like that though. Makes me think twice about where Lil is everytime I get out of the car.

I almost did this with Caroline once at Target! It only took a few seconds but OMG.
My schedule is different daily and sometimes I get mixed up and think it is a day to pick up the kids or a day to not pick them up. It is awful. I now have my Palm set to ring at 4pm when I have to pick them up so I don't get my days mixed up!
I read an article about this in the Washington Post magazine a few months ago and it was utterly heartbreaking. We all want to say "we'd NEVER do that", but those parents said the same thing. In this day and age, we're pulled in a million different directions and anything that isn't a part of the "norm" can lead to us forgetting.
It's horrible, unthinkable, but it happens.

Oh God we had a lady who was arrested yesterday (Garnet did you hear about this) here in Texas....left her child (dont know if it was on purpose or not) in the car while she shopped at Walmart!!! Someone just happen to see the child as they were walking inbetween cars and called the police - they instructed him to bust out a window and get the child while they sent officers. We are in triple diget temps here!!!!
I saw that one. It was SO sad. She did not usually bring her daughter to daycare in the morning and her daughter was quietly sleeping so she forget she was even there
