Need a dinner recipe.. for the priest!

Our priest is visiting us at home on Monday.. and I don't know what to make for dinner.. he has some diet restrictions.. he does not eat poultry, meat, or dairy...

any ideas?? TIA

    salmon is always a good one:)

    spinach lasanga - I use tofu instead of ricotta in mine.. then you could just leave off the mozarella layers or use soy cheese?

    I have a killer recipe for Curry Red Lentil Stew.  The only think keeping it from being vegan is that it's got a bit of honey in it.

    But I actually have a few really good vegetarian meals in my blog so here is the link:

    true.. although we are going away for the weekend.. so it's gonna be tough! ;-) but.. we will figure it out I'm sure...
