omg! i'm spying on some strange baby...

i have the summer infant video monitor.  our camera is unplugged, but dh just turned on our monitor & i'm now looking into a strange crib (from a nearby neighbor, i guess).  creepy...

    as much as i love the summer infant one, that is the exact reason we are getting a digital video monitor.

    Yes, our neighbor 2 doors down told us a few months ago that they could see our son's crib (now toddler bed) AND they they could hear us. I don't mind if someone can see my baby sleeping (although it is a little creepy/intrusive) but I had a bigger issue with feeling like someone was listening to us at any given time. We had always just left the camera on and turned the monitor on and off, but now we turn the camera off when he's awake. It is weird, but I still like having a video monitor for my kids.
