Good nappers gone bad??

Where did my napper go? She used to sleep 2-3 hour stretches. Now I am lucky if I can get 20 minutes. She isn't screaming, but definitely over tired.  I am not sure if this is part of the 6 week growth spurt or her sudden "wake up" time, but im going nuts. She will fall asleep in my arms, I will put her in her crib, on the boppy next to me, swing and boom, up in 20-30 minutes.  grrr.
