different detergent for CDs v. reg. laundry

Right now, we use Costco's EF laundry detergent. I really like it because it's cheap and it works, so I'd like to continue using it once we start CD'ing. I'm thinking of using Crunchy Clean, Country Save, Maggie's Soap Nuts or Green Mountain for our CDs (once we get them). Is it OK to continue using the Costco detergent for our regular laundry or could it cause some sort of buildup or residue on our dipes?

Yep, it's ok to go ahead and use a regular detergent on your laundry and CD-safe detergent on your cloth diapers.

We love green mountain. ?It is ok. ?But can sometimes lead to problems.

I use Costco detergent for all of my "other" clothes as well. I like it and I can report zero issues from over 10 months of diaper washing.

We use all free & clear on the regular laundry and Planet for the CDs. No problems so far.
