Lowell Area Hair Stylist/ Pedicure Recommendations?

Hi ladies, my dad sent me some fun money to treat myself before the baby arrives and I'm dying to get my haircut and get a pedicure.  I'm looking for any recommendations for a good place to get my hair done and a good place to get my toes done close to the Lowell area (that are reasonably priced).     Go to Highlights in Chelmsford... See Kelly she is only there on Wednesday and Sat.. Since she just had her 2nd child...

    I get my nails done at Orchid Nail on the corner or pine and westford st...
