lol. I always describe myself like a turtle on its back, too!
I won't miss the fact that laying down is the only position that feels good to me. I can't even sit on my couch for longer than 5-10 mins. I have to lay down.
ONE thing? Is this a trick question? I could think of a zillion, but at this point what's bothering me the most is that I'm dying to be thinner and wear normal clothes again. So I will not miss being fat and in maternity clothes.
I'm sick and tired of my maternity clothes! And not being able to do everything around the house that I want to do like pick something up off the floor
I won't miss NOT being able to fit into public bathroom stalls. I have to pee constantly and am geting tired of not being able to fit in the stalls. They are WAY too small for a pregnant woman's stomach...most of the time I can't get the door shut because my stomach is in the way!!! It's kinda funny actually, but annoying at the same time.

Hands down: The stinging/stretching/burning pressure from LO's feet crammed in my ribs all the time. I will be able to sit and sleep comfortably again after that is resolved!
The cankles, peoples rude a$$ comments, being able to sleep, being able to pick things up when I drop them and there's like a ton more but those are my top picks
The discomfort. My skin feels like it's going to explode on my belly and my back feels like it's going to break in half. I'm definitely not going to miss the swelling either.
Most of the time, I feel like a normal person who just happens to be having a baby.... and then I'll try to do something a "normal" person would try to do... like riding a bike, or going kayaking, or bending over to garden, or get out of chair and realize that I either can't do it or shouldn't do it. And that really annoys me.
This really hit me when DH and I were on our babymoon in the dominican and the resort wouldn't let me do anything including sailing or paddleboating (and yet the 6 year old children were allowed to do both!). I'm pregnant, not dying.
Not going to miss the GD and having to eat such a restricted diet (I miss chocolate and sweet tea!) and living by the clock, eating 6x day and testing my blood sugar all the time...
I agree... It's hard to limit the list to just one. Right now: Cankles and swollen feet (they are so bad, strangers comment on them.), Swollen hands, which feel like I have arthritis, back pain, heartburn ( and waking up in the middle of the night because I am throwing up gastric juice in my mouth), having to pee all the time, and RLP.
I agree with you, I don't know who wouldn't! But I would have to say I'm looking forward to being able to poop like a normal person and the heartburn can leave at any time.?
Edit : Both of those things have just started in the past couple weeks - thought I had dodged them.?
(I'm going to have a hard time not feeling our LO inside but holding him/her on the outside will have to suffice. :-)??)
Re: One thing you *aren't* going to miss about pregnancy..
ugh. This.
Moving around when I'm trying to sleep is such a royal pain.

Sleeping on my side, constant back pain, monster boobs, heartburn (never had it before).
I will very much miss feeling my LO moving around in my belly though!
There are too many to list. A short version would include:
swollen feet and hands
pain in abdomen
back pain
not being able to sleep
painful BH contractions
heartburn
THIS!
Well lets see..

I will not miss my shoes not fitting properly and being uncomfortable
I will not miss not being able to drink wine! lol
THIS I am soooo ready to be able to sleep on my stomach again!
