Diaper Stacker- how/where to hang?

Our bedding set came with a diaper stacker, that hangs up by a closet hanger essentially. I'm just wondering, for those of you using it, where did you hang it and how? Our changing table has 2 fairly large shelves under it that can hold diapers and wipes. I guess I could hang it in the closet, but I'm not sure what purpose that would serve since the closet is on the other side of her nursery. Plus it is cutesy and matches the bedding, but if it's hung in the closet- no one sees it. If you just hang it from a nail on the wall it sticks out funny, as the diapers make it wider at the bottom than at the top by the hanger. Am I missing something here? I'm just sorta not sure what to do with it...

I hung ours in the closet for now (it ties and doesn't have a hanger attachment and doesn't fit on the bed) - but I'm using it to store blankets instead of diapers.
