Due date, etc.

Well, we went to the doctors today and I am 6 weeks and 1 day along... My due date would be February 15th. Unfortunately, as most know - I cannot keep this baby, although I prayed for one and have wanted one for so long. These circumstances have been unavoidable.  My DH is crushed and it hurts so much to see his face... He was so excited as he has never experienced a pregnancy before.  We got to see pictures on the monitor, but next week I have scheduled to terminate the pregnancy... This was a difficult idea for us to come to terms with, but really the ONLY option.

    J+R - sorry - haven't been around for awhile so I missed the background.  Why do you have to terminate?  (Sorry if I'm asking something too personal)

    You'll be in my prayers. 

    ETA: Just read back a page and saw the leukemia stuff.  MASSIVE suck. 

    I will definitely pray even more now.

    Honey, I am so so sorry. You will continue to be in my prayers. Lots of love to you and your family. If there is anything at all that you need do not hesitate to say it.....nesties (sorry this is the only "bump" board I am on) can do some pretty incredible things. Lots and lots of love and prayers.

    Im sorry hun!!  Things happen for a reason and right now, God wants to make you healthy before you have a baby. Hope everything goes well and you ahve a fast recovery
