Rec your OB in Frederick
I recenetly had a m/c and had a very bad experience with my current Ob. .I was seeing Capital Women's Care in Frederick. I am hoping someone can rec their Ob that they like. I am have several health isues that make me high risk to m/c so I want to find a good ob so when I am pg again in the future they will take good care of me.

I recommend Simmonds and Simmonds. They have several offices, including one in Frederick. I'm especially a big fan of Dr. Helmbrecht. I'm actually looking for a new practice because of an insurance switch and I'm really sad about it. I would never switch on my own.
