I can finally see his whole face! (new pic)
For the first time since birth, I can see my son's entire face! Drake was intubated within a couple of hours of birth and he has had that ugly stent taped to his face since he was 3 days old.
Today the surgeon decided Drake could probably be fine without the stent and he removed it!! It is so nice to be able to kiss both cheeks and even nicer that Drake doesn't have to deal with his cheeks getting torn up by tape! We have been waiting for this day for so long!
