I just was on the phone with chicco to get a replacement part for my PNP and I had to get on the floor to get the model number. I got up and all of a sudden i got this awful pain in my lower back mostly and my belly tightened up. it lasted about 30 sec. or so. I'm a 1st timer at this, but i'm thinking BH?? I need help girls...what do you think?

you could have pinched a nerve. I get that every now and then if I move to fast or twist just right. The tightening of the belly could be a BH contraction, just possibly happened at the same time?
