How long did it/is it taking you to lose the baby weight? I still have 10 lbs to go. Mine hit a plateau and I just started to work out but it still doesnt seem to be coming off at all. So frustrating!!
I about 3 mo pp and I'm roughly 12-15 pounds from pre-p weight. I gained 50lbs, but 30 of those came off immediately - and I did nothing to spark that These last lbs are not budging as easily...and all of a sudden I'm addicted to sugar - mostly chocolate! I'm working out more now - mostly so I can fit into my shorts without buying anything new. I'm doing 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 mph & the 30 DS 5-6 days a week.
Prepare yourself to get the "it's only been 2 mo" and "it took 9 mo toput it on, it will take 9 mo to take it off" posts.
Everyone is different. It melts off for some people and others have to work harder. I am one of the lucky ones. I gained 18lbs and lost it all by 10 days pp. FWIW, I am now convinced when we have #2, I'll gain 65lb and never lose any of it.
I have 12 lbs to go. I gained about 35 during pregnancy. 15 came off almost immediately. The rest of it sat there until I started exercising again. Now that I'm weight watching and exercising, the scale is finally moving in a good direction. I did have thyroid issues though after having the baby that really affected my weight loss. I did weight watchers for 6 weeks and gained 2 pounds. Now that we've gotten the thyroid issue worked out, I'm happy to see the weight coming off. I'm with you, it's incredibly frustrating! I don't care what the scale says as much as I need my clothes to fit.
Re: PP weight loss??
Everyone is different. Are you BF? Are you working out?
I'm about 4lbs. from pre-pg weight right now. Just started 30 Day Shred to tone up what is there.
It's frustrating, but remember, it took 9 months to put the weight on...it's not going to come off immediately.

I think it depends on how active you were before and during pregnancy and how much weight you gained.
I gained 28 pounds and worked out until delivery. I lost all but about 5 pounds by 6 weeks; the rest of it by somewhere between 2-3 months.
