We're having a girl, but didn't want super girly...I got the PB Kids Alphabet soup bedding set on ebay for a steal and went from there--all the art except the clock is handmade, I recovered the lampshade, made the changing table pad cover and all the basket liners. When LO shows up, the cradle will move to our room.

Re: Finished the nursery PIP!
where did you get the changing table? I like it!
Wow, so many questions...
The shelves are from target...got them 4 years ago, they were brown and DH painted white.
The changing table is Graco Lauren...got it as a shower gift. The best price is as Wal-mart.
The crib is Bonavity Peyton Lifestyle...love it, but the down side is we can't find a mobile that will fit on it, so I'm making one. My mom bought us the crib.
The dresser we had in the garage and painted white. The side table for the rocker (which was DH's grandmother's...not my first choice, but we designed around the color) was $2 at a garage sale...we painted white.
The full length mirror was $10 at a flea market, and you guessed it..we painted.
The frames for the art work I made came from K-mart and garden ridge. The 8x10s were $2.50 each at K-mart and I got white mats at hobby lobby for $1. The W was also from hobby lobby for about $1.50 and I painted and glued a sheet of gingham scrapbook paper on it. The blue pail trash can I got this weekend for $5 (80% off!)
We also have a bookshelf in there (not pictured) that DH painted white.
All the baskets were from Ross...$2.99 for the wicker, $4.99 for the little green ones and $5.99 for the big green and $9.99 for the hamper.
All in all, we spent about $185 on the nursery including all the paint. If you added in the price of the crib and matress ($399) and the changing table ($59.99) that we got as gifts, then it would be about $650.
