What breast pump are you planning to get?
I'm getting my sister's Medela Freestyle (coolest thing ever) when she's done with it. Of course I'll replace the tubing, shields etc. I don't plan to pump until Brody is 3 weeks (the reccommended age to introduce a bottle).
Since we are leaning towards FF, we are not purchasing a pump. My friend is letting us borrow hers and we'll just buy replacement parts and sterilize. She has a nicer one than I'd probably purchase anyway.
M: Father's day was okay. I just was feeling to well.
T: I'm formula feeding.

M: (1) How was your weekend / Father?s Day? (2) Any baby/pregnancy updates? (3) How are you feeling these days?
Weekend was way to hot. We had a heat wave in middle GA. in the 100's and 90%+ humidity. Horrible!
Updates: I had my first internal done yesterday and the strep be test.
....I was a littel over 1 cm dilated. Hooray for progress
I am feeling okay. Somedays are better than others.
T: What breast pump are you planning to get (if any)?
I have the medela freestyle. DH got it for as gift for the shower. I thought it was very nice. I told him about but I did not want to spend that much. I was going to opt for the in-style...but DH thought this would be better after his research. LOL!!
T: What breast pump are you planning to get (if any)?
Right now, I have a manual Avent pump...but after going through my breastfeeding class, I think I'll end up needing the Medela Electric Dual Pump..so something similar. If BFing works out, I'll be pumping at work once I go back (at 6 weeks)...so I will need something quicker than a manual!

Lasinoh Double Electric. Same pump as the Ameda.

M: 1.) Father's Day was great! We didn't do much but I took DH to the Dogfish Head restaurant for dinner. 2.) Not many real updates except that I am officially over this and I still have 5 weeks left! 3.) I feel like crap these days. Every time I get up from sitting or laying I feel like I've had the hardest workout ever and I have to pee every 5 secs.
T: I've decided I'm going to try to rent one from the hospital before we buy one. But if we buy one, I will get the Medela Pump n Style.
M:
1.My weekend was fantastic. Helped two friends celebrate their very special wedding day! It was gorgeous and full of great people. I have DH to thank for acquiring some great friends.
2. I have my 36 week appointment next Tuesday- OB will check LO's position and I'll do my Group B Strep test. Wish me luck!
3. I'm feeling terriffic, other than feeling quite huge. I'm definitely ready to have my outside baby and have my body back.
T: My lactation consultant recommends Medela brand. I will probably get the single manual pump!
