    Have you had spotting before? Are you having cramps with the spotting?

    It's a little vague to just ask that without any details...

    This is the first time I've had any spotting...no cramping and LO seems active today.

    Call your OB to be safe. We're not in the early stages anymore, it's nothing to play around with.

    Are you spotting red, pink or brown?  I know brown blood is old blood, which isn't usually a problem.  I would call your doctor though.

    Have you had an internal? Sometimes I spot after my doc tortures me with one. To be safe call your OB and maybe go in to see him or her. Happy the baby is moving though, that's a relief.

    I had spotting and it turned out to be caused by a yeast infection. Do you have any of those symptoms?

    Have you had sex, an internal or a transvaginal ultrasound?? I'd call your OB just to be sure.

    I haven't had any spotting, but I would go ahead and call your Dr asap. Better safe than sorry!
