lets talk IVf protocols!
First IVF I did long lupron with Follistim and Menopour- 14 eggs- all 14 mature- but crappy quality embryos- BFN
This time- new RE- still long Lurpon but with less Follistim and Luveris- hes going after quality of eggs.
Any thoughts?
What were your protocols?

3 IUI's, 2 IVF's, decided to move to foster/adopt.

First IVF did antagonist- 10 days stims of 150 Gonal and 75 Menour with Ganirelix added on 5th day of stims. Only had 2 follies over 18mm so was converted to IUI.
Next cycle (starting after AF arrived- I am not hopeful) will be antagonist but with double stims- 300 Gonal dn 150 menpur.

I am currently doing a long lupron cycle with follistim (150IUs) and Menupur (150IUs). After 8 days of stimming I only have 5 measurable follies at 17, 15, 14, 14, and 11. I am talking with my RE tomorrow about what we will do with this cycle and if it is cancelled or doesn?t work, I will be switching up my protocol. I am a very poor responder so I think I may have been over suppressed with the BCPs and Lurpon.
IVF 1 - basic "bread and butter" IVF protocol consisting of BCP and Lupron - BFN. Craptastic eggs.
IVF 2 - Antagonistic - 10 days stims - egg number and quality worse than before (!)
I just received insurance clearance for microdose flare for IVF 3.....here's hoping!
IVF #1 and IVF #2 were both antagonist. ?The first cycle I overstimmed. ?The second cycle I understimmed.
CCRM will put me on a BCP/Long Lupron protocol with Gonal-F and Menupor and a Novarel or Pregnyl trigger.?
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
