That's what I want to know. Because I went almost 2 miles this morning and I'm about to hit the neighborhood like a marathon speedwalker to get this baby to come out. Seriously, though, how much exercise are you full-termers participating in? I've been walking consistently 5 days a week so I'm in shape for it...I just don't want to overdo it.

Because you're full term....
That's awesome. I'm thinking I might go for a second walk tonight so I'm glad to hear someone is doing it and not passing out the second time around!
I was going to add that regardless of being pregnant or not this is my theory. ::shrugs::

Haha-IDK. I had a problem for a few weeks but now I just make sure to go right before I leave the house. I don't time it, but I think it takes about 25 minutes which isn't too bad. Plus I can always swing around for a pit-stop at the house and head back out if I don't need to.
:::snicker:::
hahaha same. What will we feel like at full term?!
Yeah...I don't think once you are full term, you will suddenly be able to overdo it without your body letting you know.. but what do I know?
Ditto.
Yep.
Full term or not, your body is still going to let you know when enough is enough.
I do at least 30 minutes of dedicated exercise (labor induction) walking a day, but I move around a lot for my job and am generally a busy body. I would say that I walk at least 90 to 120 minutes a day total.
I'd say as long as you are feeling good when and after you do it, walk away!
You're theory is bang on and what any doctor with a credible degree will tell you.
It's like first tri all over again non???
Are you biitchy b/c you think this is bad advice or is the beebee cutting off blood flow to the rational portion of your brain?
That is how I feel..but I do try to walk everyday at least 30 mins..stairs I avoid
